Usually wear size xl in most clothes. The top amazingly keeps the girls in all night without making anything uncomfortable. That's the biggest perk. I ended up buying 2 more colors. The red one does bleed color so be careful when washing. I found my white sheets started to have a pink tint to them after a couple nights. Since washing they haven't transferred color. However, I do always wash with other reds to avoid bleed. I also hang dry them instead of putting them in the dryer.
